Aishwarya Shrikant Mundada

Aishwarya Shrikant Mundada is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Performance Engineering Manager for the Americas at Fluence since October 2021, previously holding roles as Performance Engineering Lead and Quality and Compliance Engineer. Prior to joining Fluence, Aishwarya worked at Intertek as a Project Engineer, leading multiple projects and conducting evaluations for compliance, and held the position of Electrical Engineer at Siemens Gamesa, focusing on technical assistance and performance analysis of wind energy systems. Aishwarya has also contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at Michigan Technological University and a Research Assistant at Vishwakarma Institute, where there was a notable project on a bi-directional grid tie inverter. Aishwarya's educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and multiple certifications in autonomous systems from Udacity.
