Deanna Delancey

Deanna Delancey has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Their work experience starts in 1989 as a Programmer Analyst at Wallace Hardware Co., Inc. Deanna then worked as a Software Support and Training at DCC/WoodWare Systems from 1992 to 1998. At Halter Marine from 1998 to 2000, they served as a Help Desk Manager. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as a Customer Support Manager at Certia, Inc. Deanna then joined Ochsner Clinic Foundation as a Project Analyst from 2001 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Sr. Principal Business Analyst at General Dynamics Information Technology. At CGB Enterprises, Inc., they worked as a Business Systems Analyst from 2012 to 2016. At Baker Hughes, they held multiple roles including Staff Technical Product Manager (2016-2018), Director - Technical Product Management (2018-2020), and Senior Director, Software Engineering (2020-2022). Currently, they are serving as Vice President of Program and Product Management at Fluence since May 2023.

Deanna Delancey holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tulane University, which they earned between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Walters State Community College between 1990 and 1992. Deanna also has additional certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) obtained in May 2018 and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) obtained in May 2012, both from Scrum Alliance.
