Ekaterina Potemkina has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ekaterina is currently working as the Corporate Quality (Total Quality) - Global Lead at Fluence, where they are responsible for developing the Quality Team and optimizing the value chain. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Safety and Quality Manager for Europe, Middle East & Africa at the same company.

Ekaterina also worked as a part-time Company Lawyer at Cheboksary Electric Apparatus Plant JSC, responsible for legal support, and as a Technology Transfer Manager and Legal Advisor at Irkutsk Science Center - Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Science and Regional Center of Innovation Development, Technology Transfer Department.
