Jan Namyslo

Jan Namyslo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global sales and business development within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Global Service Sales Leader at Fluence since January 2018, Jan drives business development and services strategy in a fast-paced industry, leveraging innovative strategies to enhance customer negotiations. Previously, Jan held multiple sales leadership roles at Siemens from September 2008 to December 2017, including Energy Storage Sales Director for Central Europe and Germany, where Jan played a pivotal role in establishing Siemens’ energy storage arm and expanding market reach. Jan began a career as an Energy Efficiency Technician, focusing on process automation in the greenhouse industry. Jan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences and has ongoing education at University of Münster and RWTH Aachen University.
