Marjolijn Vergouw

Marjolijn Vergouw serves as the Regional CFO EMEA at Fluence since April 2023. Previously, Marjolijn held various roles at The AES Corporation from April 2014 to March 2023, including Director of Eurasia Tax, Governance and Strategic Planning, where responsibilities encompassed Eurasia tax, holding company governance, and global tax and international strategic planning. Marjolijn also served as Senior Manager of International Tax and managed tax responsibilities for businesses in the United Kingdom and Jordan. Prior to AES, Marjolijn was a Senior Tax Manager at PwC UK focusing on the Dutch desk, alongside roles at Aon and PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Tax Manager and Tax Consultant. Marjolijn earned a Master’s degree in Tax Law (LL.M) from the University of Groningen between 1998 and 2003.
