Pratheep Balasubramanian is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Analyst at Fluence since October 2019, Pratheep has successfully led SAP implementation and designed process flows to ensure seamless user testing. Prior experience includes roles as a Global Manufacturing Procurement Specialist, where Pratheep established Bill of Materials management for product traceability, and as a Supply Chain/Procurement Associate at General Plumbing Supply, achieving significant cost savings and improvements in customer fill rates.
