Matheus dos Reis Schäfer

Matheus dos Reis Schäfer serves as the Head of Finance at Fluency Academy since October 2023. Prior to this role, Matheus worked at Azion from April 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Strategic Finance Manager and Financial Analyst. Experience also includes a position at Headcon Consultores from April 2018 to April 2019 and as part of the M&A team at Koliver Merchant Banking from November 2017 to April 2018, where involvement included the development of Confidential Information Memoranda, financial analysis, and research on potential buyers. Earlier in Matheus's career, an analyst role was held at Contplan from March 2013 to July 2017. Matheus holds a degree in Accounting from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, with studies completed from 2012 to 2020.
