Caitlin Wells

Caitlin Wells is an accomplished professional in the film and education sectors with extensive experience in production, direction, and teaching. Currently serving as Managing Director at The Motor Company since May 2022, Caitlin also holds the roles of Producer & Director at Foxes Productions, where responsibilities include producing narrative films, developing original screenplays, and managing film crews. An Associate Director at DreamStreet Theatre Company and a Spanish Instructor at Fluent City, Caitlin has also contributed as a Co-founder & Acting Instructor at The Alchemy Theatre & Art Studio. Previous experience includes producing at Best of Both Media and a creative consulting role for a PBS Kids television show. Caitlin holds a Bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies from Macalester College.
