Alex Pusenjak

Alex is responsible for designing and implementing Fluent Commerce's people strategy to enable the rapid growth the company is experiencing. Alex offers over 10 years of human resources leadership experience to his role at Fluent Commerce where his focus is to create a world-class onboarding experience, develop a career model framework across the business, implement a competitive global benefits program and ensuring diversity, equality and inclusion are the guiding principles of the Fluent Commerce’s global workforce. In his most recent role, Alex oversaw the human resources function across Asia Pacific for Datto, a leading provider of cloud-based software and security solutions purpose-built for delivery by managed service providers. Alex holds a BCom from Curtin University and is a member of AHRI along with the Sydney PeopleGeek community.
