Chelsie Hastings

Chelsie Hastings has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being as the Head of HR at PageUp since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner on a contract basis at nbn™ Australia from February 2019 to May 2019. Chelsie also served as an HR Business Partner at Macmillan Cancer Support from June 2017 to December 2018.

Earlier in their career, Chelsie held several positions at PageUp, including Strategic HR Business Partner from May 2015 to March 2017. In this role, they focused on employee engagement, retention, and development to support the company's organizational goals. Chelsie also worked at Telstra, where they served as an HR Integration Specialist from December 2014 to May 2015, and held various roles within the HR Projects team from March 2012 to November 2014.

Chelsie began their career as an HR Operations & Safety Officer at Advance Recruitments in 2007, where they handled human resources, occupational health and safety, recruitment, and training and development. Chelsie left Advance Recruitments in February 2011 to return to Melbourne.

Chelsie Hastings pursued their education from 2007 to 2011 at Victoria University. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Business, specializing in Human Resource Management.
