David Walden - Cissp

David Walden has over 20 years of experience in the field of information security and technology. David is currently serving as the Director of Information Security at Fluent Commerce. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Information Security Evangelist at Isotropic Networks Inc, where they established and administered cybersecurity strategies and policies. David also implemented an EDR solution across multiple environments into a unified SIEM platform. Before that, they worked as the Principal Cybersecurity Engineer at MetroNet, where they developed and established the cybersecurity program and provided technical direction to the team. David has also served as the Director of Network/IT Security at Access Media 3, where they were responsible for the overall technical infrastructure and financial management. David has also held various leadership positions at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone, including VP of Information Technology and Director of Network Engineering. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in policy development, compliance, risk management, and budgeting. David holds a CISSP certification and LRPA designation.

David Walden earned their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. David also obtained the CISSP certification from ISC2 in July 2014.
