User Experience Researcher at Fluent Research

Charlotte is a User Experience Researcher at Fluent, where she specializes in qualitative research design, implementation, and analysis.

Charlotte is interested in using people-centered research and detail-oriented data to inform the development of systems and products that create positive social impact. Charlotte has worked directly with children of many different backgrounds and learning abilities from pre-K through high school ages in both public and creative arts schools as a hands-on para-educator, counselor, and mentor.

Prior to joining Fluent, Charlotte studied the anthropology of health and medicine at Boston University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree. For her undergraduate academic research, Charlotte designed and conducted an investigation into aspirations for marriage and family among Gen Z young adults.
