David Graff

David Graff serves as the Vice President of Policy & Standards at Google since December 2014. In this role, David manages a global team of approximately 250 policy and legal professionals focused on developing and enforcing content moderation and behavioral policies across various Google products. Additionally, David is a Board Member at Fluent, Inc., and has held significant legal leadership positions, including General Counsel and Privacy Officer at Red-Spark.com and General Counsel and Senior Vice-President at Epic Media Group. David's prior experience includes serving as CEO of Online Intelligence and as General Counsel at EdisonLearning. David holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in American Civilization from Brown University.
