David E. Bradford has a wealth of experience in the finance and technology sectors. David E. began their career in 1999 as Manager of Strategic Alliances and Associate of Business Development at Found, Inc. In 2005, they became the Founding Director of Cougar Capital, BYU MBA Program, and also held internships at Hewlett-Packard and Pelion Venture Partners (formerly Utah Ventures). From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Director of IT & Software Economic Development & TCIP University Tech Grants Program at the Utah Governor's Office of Economic Development. David E. also founded CreoVirtus Consulting in 2013 and served as Co-Founder and SVP of Finance and Marketing at FluentWorlds, the highest-rated subscription-based app and language training app on the iTunes Store.

David E. Bradford completed their education history by attending Timpview High School. David E. then went on to earn a BA in Philosophy with a minor in Management from Brigham Young University between 1993 and 1999. Following this, they attended both Brigham Young University's Law School and Marriott School of Management to earn a Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration respectively between 2003 and 2006.
