Fuwa Fuwa, meaning “fluffy fluffy” is North America’s largest soufflé pancake and dessert café, and now it’s come to the UK as fluffy fluffy. Fluffy Fluffy first launched its signature souffle pancakes in 2018, taking Toronto, Canada by storm. They now have 32 sites across North America, plus multiple sites in Europe. The brand, known for its light and fluffy Japanese souffle-style pancakes, opened its debut UK site in Manchester in October 2022 with an estate of 9 stores and more coming soon. Fluffy Fluffy is hoping to open further sites in 2025 with more franchisees signing in other cities.
