Eyram Dornor has worked in various roles in the software engineering industry since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Solutions Developer for the Population Health Research Institute. In 2013, they worked as a Software Developer for International Datacasting. In 2014, they worked as a Junior Business Systems Programmer for Canadian General Tower and a C++ Software Developer for BlackBerry. In 2016, they were a Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo and the Founder of Sentire. In 2018, they were the Founder of Esh. Since 2019, they have been the Software Engineering Lead and Software Developer for FluidAI (formerly NERv Technology). In these roles, they have been responsible for the design, development, assessment and implementation of software strategies, researching and documenting user requirements, technical requirements, and software design specifications, conducting technical risk and privacy impact assessments, devising deployment strategies, translating regulatory requirements and industry standards to product specifications and ensuring compliance, and preparing reports, manuals, and documentation.

Eyram Dornor completed a Master's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship & Technology at the University of Waterloo from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.), Co-op Program, Entrepreneurship Option in Computer Engineering from the same university from 2011 to 2016. Eyram also obtained a General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (G.C.E) from the Ghana International School between 2004 and 2011, with a focus on Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Studies.
