Michelle Hodgson, CHRL

Michelle Hodgson, CHRL has over 20 years of work experience. Michelle started their career in 2000 as the Director of Operations at Fluid Media Inc. In this role, they were responsible for training educators and others in school settings on how to use the company's software. Michelle also provided ongoing support and advice to customers. Michelle took pride in being approachable and helpful to both internal and external clients. In 2009, they worked as a Loaned Associate at the United Way of Greater Hamilton and Burlington. Michelle assisted with the United Way campaign, participated in community events, and spoke to different groups about the positive impact of the organization on the community.

Michelle Hodgson, CHRL has a background in Human Resources Management. Michelle studied at Mohawk College, where they focused on Human Resources Management. Additionally, they attended McMaster University to further their education in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Michelle also obtained the CHRL certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in May 2007.
