FRM specializes in water, wastewater, winery and stormwater system operation, maintenance and management. Our highly-specialized and licensed staff provide operations, maintenance, mechanical, controls, compliance and design/build services and emergency response 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year for facilities across California.
