Hernán Solima has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Hernán is currently the Managing Director and Founder of Fluida Europe Srl, a startup focused on simplifying the interaction between employees and companies. Hernán played a key role in conceptualizing the idea and product, and now contributes to the company's strategic direction and leads the product, design, and communication areas.
In addition to their role at Fluida Europe Srl, Solima also serves as an Advisor at Startup Bakery, an Italian startup studio specializing in creating Software as a Service companies for the B2B market. Hernán is part of a team of successful entrepreneurs and serial entrepreneurs who aim to promote open innovation in Italy through lean methodologies.
Prior to their current roles, Solima worked as an Advisor at Schmidt & Company, an M&A firm for technology companies, where their focus was on delivering successful outcomes for entrepreneurs. Hernán also served as the CEO of Kestile srl, an e-commerce company specializing in furniture and design.
Earlier in their career, Solima held the position of Head of Project Management at Triboo Digitale, where they supervised the development of numerous e-commerce and digital projects for well-known brands such as Ferrari, Benetton, and Fiat.
Before joining Triboo Digitale, Solima was the Managing Director and Co-founder of Sevenlike, a company that supports other businesses in implementing effective online sales and promotion strategies. Some of Sevenlike's clients included Maxi Sport, Loro Piana, and Campari.
Solima also has experience as the Head of Operations at NOMESIA, a Project Manager at Nextre Engineering S.r.l., and as the Owner of Tecnocreative, where they were involved in various project management and operational roles.

Hernán Solima completed their education history with two degrees. From 2002 to 2006, they attended the Università degli Studi di Milano, where they obtained a Laurea degree in Comunicazione digitale. Prior to that, they attended the Liceo Tecnico - Itis "Q.Sella" from 1997 to 2002 and earned a Diploma in Tecnologie Informatiche e della comunicazione.
