Erik Waters

Erik Waters is the Co-Founder of Persistently, where Erik works on aligning and accelerating company execution, culture, and strategy. Erik is also the Chief Financial Officer for FluidForm, a company focused on 3D bioprinting technology for building human tissue. Previously, Erik served as the Managing Partner at Davis Square Group, where Erik successfully acquired Adtech Systems. With a background in finance and strategy, Erik has held roles such as Vice President at GreatPoint Energy, Director of Finance at Cerberus Capital Management, and Small Business Consultant at Chicago Community Ventures. Erik holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Colby College.
