Joshua Stanczak has a diversified work experience in the fields of biomedical engineering, scientific research, and quality assurance. Joshua started their career at the University of Michigan in 2018 as a Research Assistant in the Else Laboratory, where they cultivated adrenal cancer cells and performed various molecular biology techniques. In 2019, Joshua worked as a QA Intern at Procter & Gamble's Gillette division before returning to the University of Michigan as a Research Assistant in the Mehta Laboratory, where they designed a bioreactor and analyzed 3D structures for understanding ovarian cancer cells. Joshua then joined Procter & Gamble full-time in 2020 as a Scientist, leading the technical development of a major product restage for Grooming Care. Joshua's most recent work experience is at FluidForm, where they began working as a Biomedical Engineer in 2022.
