Hanna Viia

Hanna Viia has over 10 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position was at Fluido as a People and Culture Lead, where they were responsible for HR and culture development. Prior to that, they worked as an HR specialist at the same company. Hanna also has experience in the education sector, where they studied for a Master's degree in business management and regenerative leadership at Lahti University of Applied Sciences. Hanna has previous experience managing and overseeing operations at veterinary clinics, as well as working in customer service and sales roles in different organizations. Hanna has also coordinated expert workgroups and organized events focused on sustainable development in agriculture. Overall, Hanna has demonstrated skills in people management, HR, customer service, and organizational coordination.

Hanna Viia holds a Master's degree in Business Management and Regenerative Leadership from Lahti University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Natural Resources in Sustainable Development at Laurea University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2009. Hanna also passed their Matriculation examination from Kouvolan yhteiskoulun lukio in 2000. Additionally, they obtained the Työuran uurtaja® -ohjaajakoulutus certification from Työterveyslaitos - Finnish Institute of Occupational Health in 2022.
