Norris Hope-Ross is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in delivering complex projects across various industries. Currently at Fluido, Norris is spearheading the rollout of Salesforce e-Commerce solutions for a multinational German organization and has transformed student engagement through Salesforce Marketing Cloud at a renowned university. Previously, Norris spent over seven years at Cochlear, successfully managing electronic trading projects to comply with regional legislative requirements in the EMEA region. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Visa, Motorola Solutions, Eli Lilly & Co, British Airways, Lloyd's of London, and SmithKline Beecham, where Norris contributed to significant IT and financial systems advancements.
