Nicolas Martinez

Nicolas Martinez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal audit and compliance, currently serving as the Global Director of Internal Audit and Compliance at Fluidra since June 2014. In this role, Nicolas leads the governance and implementation of a comprehensive assurance framework, evaluates the Group's internal controls, and reports findings to the Board and Audit Committee. Previously, Nicolas held the position of Internal Audit Manager for the EMEA Region and India at TE Connectivity, where responsibilities included developing risk-based audit plans. Nicolas's career began at KPMG, progressing from Senior Associate to Manager, focusing on international accounts and consumer market clients. Academically, Nicolas holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universitat de Barcelona, along with a post-graduate degree in Accounting and Auditing, and completed the General Management Program at IESE Business School.
