Kevin Robertson has extensive experience in strategy and marketing roles spanning different organizations, mainly in the energy and industrial sectors. Kevin worked as a Director of Strategy and Marketing at Fluitron, LLC., having previously founded Beyond The Map Strategy, where they engaged with cross-sector clients to develop and implement growth strategies. Kevin also served as Senior Director of Operations Initiatives at BayoTech Hydrogen, a US hydrogen start-up that had raised $200 million, where they directed the development of P&L frameworks, operational training, safety plans, and recruitment for a 14-site hydrogen production network. Prior to that, Kevin worked as a Principal Consultant for Emerald Operating Partners, where they were responsible for supporting M&A decision-making processes for energy companies. Kevin also served as Strategy Manager for McDermott International Inc., where they oversaw strategy development and implementation across the Middle East and North Africa region. Furthermore, Kevin held a role as a Strategy and Marketing Manager for IDEX Corporation, where they led strategy and marketing development for multiple business units. Prior to this, they worked at Petrofac in different strategy roles, first as a Strategy Manager for the company's business development division and later managed a team of analysts to provide market intelligence and analysis for multiple business units. Lastly, Kevin worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Petrofac Training Services, where they were responsible for product management and executed marketing & PR campaigns aligned with company strategies.
Kevin Robertson earned a Pg Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford in 2019-2020. In 2004-2005, they pursued a PG Certificate in Marketing from Robert Gordon University. Their educational journey started in 1996 when they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Administration from the same university. Kevin also holds a certification in 'What is Data Science?' from Coursera, which they completed in May 2020.
