Anil Urs

Anil Urs is the current Chief Information Officer at Fluke. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President at Vertiv from August 2017 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for driving digital transformation across the globe, implementing Oracle Cloud ERP, CPQ Cloud and PLM Cloud, Chrome River platforms. Anil managed a team of over 200 people and an investment of 120M over 3 years.

Some of Anil's notable achievements include collaborating in developing a digital strategy to transform the business globally and securing over $200M in investment over 3 years. Anil also successfully implemented a Quote to Cash solution (Oracle ERP Cloud) for a $150M dollar business unit with a global reach. This implementation enabled the business unit to have an integrated platform to conduct business from Sales to Finance with easy access to data to make intelligent decisions. Additionally, they managed the implementation of an engineering platform leveraging Oracle PLM Cloud which resulted in parts reuse and consolidated ~2M designs on to a single Agile EC solution. This enabled the creation of a global engineering team who could collaborate on new product development.

Before their time at Vertiv, Anil served as the Executive Director, Global Operations & Supply Chain at Dell EMC from November 2015 to August 2017.

Anil Urs has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore and a MS in Industrial Engg and Management from Oklahoma State University.
