Claire Hu Weber

VP, Asia Pacific at Fluke

Claire Weber is the Vice President of Asia Pacific at Fluke. Claire has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, including working for Siemens and Eaton. In their current role, they are responsible for the Asia Pacific region for Fluke, a leading global provider of software, network troubleshooting, and thermal imaging tools.

Claire began their career at Siemens in the early 1990s. Claire spent over 20 years with the company in various leadership roles, including heading up the Power & Gas Market Development division in Greater China, and leading the Secondary Distribution Automation division. In 2012, they were appointed as a Special Advisor to the Head of Energy in South West Europe.

In 2016, Claire left Siemens to join Eaton as the General Manager of the Critical Power Solutions Division APAC. In this role, they were responsible for a P&L of $300M and led the organization across APAC with responsibility for strategic direction, sales and marketing, product lifecycle management, engineering programs and customer project management.

After three years at Eaton, Claire joined Fluke in 2019 as the Vice President of Asia Pacific. In this role, they are responsible for Fluke's business in the Asia Pacific region, including sales, marketing, product management, and customer service.

Claire Hu Weber graduated with a MBA from INSEAD, a ME in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and an Ingénieur généraliste degree in General engineering from Ecole centrale de Lyon.
