Kathryn Sweers is a highly experienced corporate attorney who has held various leadership roles in legal departments of several prominent companies. Kathryn has a strong background in corporate governance, finance, M&A/strategy, antitrust, and other legal matters. Kathryn has also worked as a Vice President, General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, and Counsel in different organizations throughout their career. Kathryn graduated with a JD in Law from Florida State University College of Law.
