Jasmyn Haas

Jasmyn Haas has worked in various roles in the past decade. Jasmyn began their career in 2011 as an Associate Director - Executive Relations Program Management & Operations at Verizon. There, they realigned priorities and leveraged insights to redesign experiences, increasing satisfaction and reducing costs. Jasmyn then moved on to a Senior Consultant - Process Engineer, Supply Chain position, where they managed multiple, multimillion-dollar supply chain projects. In 2018, Jasmyn Haas joined Flume Water as VP, Experience. In this role, they prioritized the experience of both customers and employees by providing structure, tools, and training to deliver quality support and operations services, including internal and external communication. Jasmyn also cultivated an employee-oriented culture with room for professional growth, offering development opportunities, and promoting inclusion. Additionally, they oversaw the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

Jasmyn Haas is currently enrolled at Capella University, where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA. Jasmyn previously attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management, Marketing. Additionally, Jasmyn has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
