Abdullah Dirani

Abdullah Dirani serves as the Regional General Manager for the MENA region at Fluor Corporation since February 2007, where a progressive career includes roles such as Senior Director of Business Development, Director of Sales and Business Development, and Project Controls Department Manager. Abdullah has also contributed as the Single Point of Contact for Fluor at the Gulf Downstream Association from June 2017 to December 2023, and previously worked in project controls at Parsons Corporation from October 2004 to February 2007. Abdullah's educational background features advanced degrees including a Master of Business Administration from Kansas State University, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, as well as participation in the Oxford Energy Seminar at the University of Oxford.
