Alice McAbee

Alice McAbee, CEBS, CCP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Sr. Director Global Benefits at Fluor Corporation since July 2022. Previously, McAbee held the position of Director Global Benefits at Amentum from June 2016 to July 2022, after Amentum's acquisition of DynCorp International. McAbee has extensive experience in benefits leadership, having worked at Fluor Corporation in various capacities, including Director US & Puerto Rico Benefits from June 2015 to June 2016, and has a strong background in human resources as the VP of HR at Haggar Clothing Co. from February 1997 to April 2015. Additional roles include Manager Compensation & Benefits at AMRE and Benefits Manager at Recognition Equipment. Educational qualifications include studies at Casper College and Southern Methodist University.
