Fatima al Khalaf

Fatima Al Khalaf is an experienced professional in talent development and training, currently serving as a Talent Development Partner at Fluor Corporation since September 2024, focusing on exit interviews and business acumen. Prior to this, Fatima worked as a Senior Trainer at Napco National, specializing in leadership development and talent management from June 2020 to August 2024. Fatima also has experience as a Vocational Business Instructor at Interserve Learning & Employment, and as a certified trainer with the National Entrepreneur Institute, contributing to talent management and presentation skills. Earlier roles include instructing HR and business management at PMU. Fatima holds a Graduation Certificate in Project Management from Lawrence Technological University and a TESOL certification from Global Teach.
