Joseph L. Brennan

Joseph L. Brennan serves as executive vice president, chief financial officer (CFO) of Fluor Corporation. As CFO, Mr. Brennan leads Fluor’s finance, audit, and investor relations functions. He is also responsible for real estate and office services.

Since joining Fluor in 1991, Mr. Brennan has performed financial management positions of progressive responsibility in North, South and Latin America, and Europe.

Prior to assuming his current position, he served as senior vice president, operations controller for Fluor Corporation. Previously, Mr. Brennan served as segment controller for the Energy & Chemicals group where he led controllers, treasury, shareholder relations, accounting, tax, and internal audit functions.

Mr. Brennan’s other executive positions include general manager of Fluor’s Southern California operations, manager of ICA Fluor operations in Mexico and general manager of the Fluor office in Gliwice, Poland. He also served as the country manager of Fluor’s Peru operations and project business services manager in Chile.

Mr. Brennan has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from California State University, Fullerton.
