Lisa K. Proctor

Lisa K. Proctor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community and public affairs, currently serving as Director of Community & Public Affairs at Fluor Corporation since February 2013. In this role, Lisa oversees global employee engagement programs and the operations of the company foundation, leading a 30-person team in various work environments. Notably, Lisa successfully implemented a global employee giving and volunteerism platform, Fluor Cares, during the pandemic. Prior to Fluor, Lisa held significant positions at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, JCPenney, and JCPenney Direct Marketing Services, where contributions to community relations, corporate giving strategies, and collaboration with major youth charities were a focus. Lisa holds an MBA and an MA from Southern Methodist University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Denver.
