Sean Graystone

Sean Graystone is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in lean construction and project management. Currently serving as Director II and Senior Lean Coach at Fluor Corporation, Sean also provides consultancy through Project Leadership and Delivery LLC, focusing on lean construction and continuous improvement. Previous roles include Owner's Representative for significant restoration projects, including the House of the Temple Preservation Foundation, and leadership positions at Toltec Builders Inc., where Sean specialized in historic building restoration. An approved instructor with the Lean Construction Institute, Sean is recognized for expertise in various lean methodologies. Educational background includes studies at Santa Fe Community College and Washington State University.
