Troy Johnson

Troy Johnson, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Finance Operations at Fluor Corporation, leading half of the finance workforce at this Fortune 500 company. With extensive experience in financial leadership roles, Troy has directed global financial shared services, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and internal controls across multiple countries. Previous positions within Fluor included Executive Director of Central Financial Services and Controller of Finance Operations, where responsibilities spanned financial performance oversight, budget management, and strategic planning. Before joining Fluor, Troy held significant roles at Ameron and Ernst & Young, and served as a board member for Claremont McKenna College Alumni Association. Troy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
