Alfred F. Hurley, Jr.

Alfred owns Alfred F. Hurley, Jr. & Company, LLC, a consulting business. He was most recently the Lead Director of The StarsGroup Inc. and chairman of its Compensation Committee. Before that, he was the Chief Risk Officer of Emigrant Bank and Emigrant Bancorp as well as serving in various capacities on their boards, and was the Chief Executive Officer of M. Safra & Co. Prior to this, he worked at Merrill Lynch and held various management positions, including Senior Vice President of Merrill Lynch & Co., Head of Global Private Equity Investing, Managing Director and Head of Japan Investment Banking and Capital Markets, Managing Director and Co-Head of the Global Manufacturing and Services Group, and Managing Director and Head of the Global Automotive, Aerospace, and Transportation Group. He holds an A.B. in history.
