Annette-Awele Akpolo

Annette-Awele Akpolo currently serves as the VP of People and Culture at Flutterwave, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Annette-Awele was the Head of People and HR Business Partner at Testiver from September 2017 to January 2021. Annette-Awele's extensive experience at Standard Bank Group spanned over a decade, where roles included Senior Learning Consultant, Head of Human Capital Strategic Business Partners, Human Capital Risk Officer, and Human Capital Business Partner. Additionally, Annette-Awele took on the position of Head of Human Resources at Junior Achievement Nigeria during 2016-2017. Annette-Awele holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
