Michael Goad

Mike Goad is currently a Sales Executive at Superior Signs and has been serving as a Board of Supervisors member and Planning Commissioner for Fluvanna County since May 2022. From August 2015 to July 2024, Mike held the position of Academic Dean at Fork Union Military Academy while also teaching US History and US Government and coaching football and debate. Additionally, Mike was an adjunct professor at Longwood University from June 2018 to December 2019, focusing on Human Growth and Development. Educationally, Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Rhetoric from Hampden-Sydney College, followed by a Master’s in Secondary Education and Teaching from Liberty University. Currently, Mike is pursuing a PhD in Education Policy Analysis at Liberty University.
