Juliana Vásquez is currently the Regional Growth Manager at FLUVIP. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager of Sales at Discovery Inc from August 2018 to December 2021. There, they were in charge of the Cali office, reactivating old clients, acquiring new clients, and positioning Discovery. Juliana grew the office by 163% in one year in sales of content and advertising on digital platforms and TV. Juliana also grew the client portfolio by 45%. Additionally, they increased digital growth by 593%, representing 70% of total digital sales in Colombia. In 2020, they were recognized as the person who brought the most resources to the company.

Before their time at Discovery Inc, Juliana worked as an Ad Sales Executive from July 2015 to January 2018. There, they were responsible for generating content and communication strategies for direct and central media clients. Juliana surpassed the sales budget for 3 years, going from 4,000 mm COP to 10,000 COP. Juliana also brought the largest sales resources to the company in Colombia. Furthermore, they made the first documentary with a client worth 1,500 mm COP. Lastly, they created audiovisual projects on multiple platforms with the legal, finance, and marketing departments, attracting new clients and invigorating the market.

Juliana Vásquez has a Mba Dual Degree with emphasis on digital transformation from Westfield Business School, a Especialista en gerencia comercial from Universidad de La Sabana, a diplomado en Ventas from Universidad de La Sabana, a Semestre de negocios internacionales from L´EMS( Ecole de Management de Strasbourg), and a Negociadora internacional from Universidad EAFIT. Juliana also has an Ingles avanzado from ILSC ( international language school of Canada) and Colegio marymount.
