Kim Sluyts

Kim Sluyts is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in city heating projects at Fluvius since July 2010. With a background in human resources as a talent manager, Kim specializes in strategic competence and performance management. Previous roles include serving as an academic researcher at the University of Antwerp, contributing to both research on alliance management processes and educational responsibilities from 2005 to July 2022. Experience also includes roles in competency management and training development at Eandis from February 2011 to October 2020, and initial work as a junior economic advisor at CREG, which regulates the energy market. Kim holds two Master's degrees in Economics from the University of Antwerp, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
