Gustavo Hoirisch

Gustavo Hoirisch has a diverse work experience. Gustavo co-founded and served as the CTO of Flux, a company aimed at improving financial literacy among young Australians. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Momenton, where they played a crucial role in maintaining large-scale production systems and implementing containerization for multiple projects. Gustavo also worked as a DevOps Engineer at ANZ, ME Bank, and MYOB, where they honed their skills in technologies like Kubernetes, Istio, and Go. Additionally, Gustavo worked as a Technical Consultant at National Australia Bank and was involved in various projects related to API Gateway selection and communication with different departments. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer at MessageMedia, a Software Engineer at Centricity-GSN, and interned at VISITS. Overall, Gustavo has a strong background in software engineering, DevOps, and technical consulting.

Gustavo Hoirisch completed their high school education from Mount Scopus Memorial College during the period from 2006 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng. Hons.) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sci.) degree in Electrical and Computer Systems / Computer Science from Monash University from 2009 to 2015. Prior to this, they attended Colegio Eliezer Steinbarg from 1994 to 2005, and completed their education at pH in 2006.
