Archie Japaridze

Archie Japaridze is the current Chief of Staff at Flux. Prior to this, they were a Program Manager at BMNT from February 2018 to July 2021, and a Strategy Consultant at Yamaha Motor Ventures & Laboratory Silicon Valley, Inc. from April 2017 to August 2017.

Archie has a wealth of experience in strategy and program management. At BMNT, they were responsible for growing dual-use startups which solve government and commercial problems. Their role involved building the connective tissue between government customers and startups to drive rapid national security solutions.

At Yamaha Motor Ventures & Laboratory Silicon Valley, Inc., Archie was responsible for building out strategy for an autonomous vehicle (AV) deployment of a new type of Yamaha AV vehicle. Archie also developed a roadmap for integrating AVs into Yamaha’s 20 year plan through analysis of the Smart City and future transportation sector. In addition, they gathered and analyzed customer data to evaluate 10+ deployment sites for financial, regulatory, and technological feasibility.

Archie’s experience and skills make him well-suited for their current role as Chief of Staff at Flux. In this role, they are responsible for leading and managing the team, as well as developing and executing strategies to achieve the company’s goals.

Archie Japaridze's educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Georgia in International Affairs; Spanish; Latin and Caribbean Studies.
