Coming to Flux after running the in-house agency at the Cosmopolitan Hotel, Tonia is the studio manager extraordinaire. Flux is a complex machine, and it takes a bright mind to keep all the moving parts running smoothly and in time. Tonia ensures we’re on schedule and on track, while coordinating all things between the team and the clients. She keeps them to the deadlines, but her bright and positive personality is what keeps them happy to come to work everyday. Tonia’s adaptability and problem solving skills help make creative ideas into tangible realities. When she’s not at Flux, you can find her applying those same skills on stage as a competitive improve artist.
