Vance Flavell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product strategy and business analysis. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Flux Federation since April 2023, Vance previously held the position of Strategy Manager at Livestock Improvement Corporation from June 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included driving product strategy and aligning offerings with company goals for New Zealand's leading animal management software. Vance's tenure at Genesis (June 2010 - June 2020) included roles as Business Analysis Practice Lead, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst, where leadership, coaching in methodologies, and collaboration with Scrum teams were key focuses. Vance's career began with an Applications Support Analyst role, ensuring the functionality and support of critical business applications. Vance holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Waikato.
