Brett Thacher

Brett Thacher has a diverse work experience in the creative staffing and agency industry. Brett is currently the VP of Client Partnership and Growth at Mathys+Potestio / The Creative Party and Flux Resources, where they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Mathys+Potestio from 2017 to 2022. Before that, they were an Account Director at AHA from 2012 to 2017, leading account teams for Fortune 500 brands. Brett also worked as an Account Manager, Messaging Strategist, and Project Manager at AHA from 2006 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they were a Project Manager at PGW Experience from 2002 to 2006, managing promotions for various clients.

Brett Thacher holds a Master of Fine Arts - MFA degree from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Northern Iowa. Additionally, they have completed the 4A's Executive Leadership Program.
