Farzad Izadi Kharazi has over 10 years of professional experience in software engineering and mechanical engineering. Farzad began their career in 2009 as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at MagCanica. In this role, they supported design engineers in daily sensor calibration tasks and designed solutions to support company objectives. Farzad then moved to Solar Turbines in 2011, where they served as a Project Design Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer. In 2015, Farzad joined Integration Engineering Laboratory (IEL) as a Graduate Student Researcher, where they developed IEL's next generation educational robot and accompanying curriculum. Since 2016, Farzad has been with Fluxergy, where they have held the roles of Principal Software Engineer, Director of Software Development, Associate Director of Software Development, and Embedded Systems Engineer.
Farzad Izadi Kharazi received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego in 2011, followed by a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis in 2016. In 2012, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Caterpillar Inc.
