Pramod Naranatt

Pramod Naranatt PhD PMP is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in molecular diagnostics and product development, currently serving as Associate Director of Molecular at Fluxergy since April 2019. Prior positions include Sr Director of Product Development at DxTerity, where leadership of cross-functional teams facilitated the transfer of biomarker-based laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) to CLIA labs. At DiaSorin Molecular LLC, Pramod directed teams that successfully developed and commercialized reagent kits for the Integrated Cycler platform. Additional experience encompasses leading the development of multiplex molecular diagnostic assays at Antech Diagnostics and establishing the Molecular Diagnostics group at Proteogenix Inc., where multiple assays were launched. A history of significant contributions in the IVD industry includes product validation and development at GenMark Diagnostics, alongside prior research accomplishments at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Pramod holds a PhD in Virology and Molecular Biology from the University of Madras and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Molecular Virology at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
