Rauli Oikarinen

Rauli Oikarinen is an experienced professional with a strong background in property management, risk engineering, and organizational leadership. As the Co-Founder and COO of Fluxio Isännöinti since April 2017, Rauli has implemented customer-oriented and innovative approaches in the property management sector. Previously, Rauli served on the Management Board of the KAUTE Foundation, promoting sustainable development in Finnish business and society. Rauli's tenure at Fennia as Head of Risk Engineering e-Services resulted in significant improvements in risk assessments and sales performance. Additional roles include Risk Manager, Counselor for the Village Mayor during the 10th IAAF World Championships, Secretary General of the Student Union of Helsinki University of Technology, and various management and engineering positions. Rauli holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Management and Civil Engineering from Aalto University.
