Ryszard Lisinski

Ryszard Lisinski is a Partner at Fluxmans Attorneys since February 2009, managing a legal practice that specializes in debt recovery, insurance claims, contract review and drafting, restructuring, and Information and Communications Technology Law. Ryszard leads the marketing team and conducts training on the South African Protection of Personal Information Act and the European General Data Protection Regulation. Previously, as a senior associate, Ryszard provided commercial legal advice and managed a commercial litigation team. Experience includes serving as Chairman and Trustee of Norwood Garden Village Body Corporate, overseeing significant improvements to the complex’s infrastructure and financial status. Ryszard holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Information and Communications Law, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organisational Psychology, all from the University of the Witwatersrand.
